Customer Satisfaction Found Through Social Media 

I was interviewed today by David Ham of Channel 13 WVEC on using social media ( mainly twitter) on getting customer service issues resolved through social media.  I have overall gotton a good response from the companies that are actively using social media to connect with their clients.

One of my biggest frustrations though are those that set up a twitter account or social media platform and don’t use it as a way to engage.  If they only realized that the good outways the bad and it can be a great customer service tool.
