I purchases a T-mobile Web Connect Stick a couple months ago and it worked great on my PC. I didn’t set it up when I purchased it the T-mobile guy did it for me. I had no idea I had to download anything to my computer first. So when I purchased my new Macbook Pro and went to use my web connect stick it didn’t work.
I called the T-Mobile customer service and they told me to check with Apple because they didn’t think that it would work with a Mac. Are you serious?? So I went to the T-Mobile Store and the girl had no idea how to make it work – her response ” I just sell them. I don’t know how to use.” Are you serious again??
So we called customer service from the store and then they told me the same thing basically they had no idea why I couldn’t get it to work.
Frustrated with spending over 1 1/2 hours trying to figure out with T-Mobile and Apple ( which they were more helpful than Tmobile) I googled it. How to use Tmobile Webconnect on Mac Book Pro.
So to save you time it does work on Mac Book Pro you just need to download application first. 🙂

I know! When I purchased she told me all I had to do was plug into my computer…even she didn’t know there was anything to install or download…Would be nice if customer service knew or if the associates that were selling would know too.
