Ernies Salsa Reviews! – EPIC!

Thanks to my good friend Jimmy Olivero for introducing me to Ernie’s EPIC Foods – The BEST you have ever tasted!  Which is so true!  The best salsa I have had!

I am not much of a cook and you can even ask my boys…we eat chips and salsa quite regularly and I often will even eat just for dinner.  Chips and dip are my favorite!

So I happy when I get a package of 4 of Ernie’s salsas to try out.  And can I say they were gone in about a week?  My boys and I ate every night and they were all very addicting!

First one I tried was the Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients :

Tomatoes, Black Beans, White Corn, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Crushed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar, Citrus Juice, Salt, Pepper

Made some simple nachos with chips, cheese and some fresh gourmet salsa!  I think we had 1/2 the jar for dinner.

Gourmet Red Salsa

Gourmet Red

Ingredients :

Tomatoes, Green Bell Peppers,
Yellow Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Crushed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar, Citrus Juice, Salt, Pepper

Probably the spiciest of the 4 salsas I tried.  But sooo delicious!!  Chunky, flavorful.  A little spicy but not too hot.  Can actually taste a few vegetables.  A little bit of heat.

Hawaiian Pineapple Heat Salsa

Hawaiian Pineapple Heat

Ingredients :

Tomatoes, Pineapples, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Crushed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar, Citrus Juice, Salt, Pepper

At first I was hesitant that I would like the pineapple salsa but it was the perfect sweet and spicy blend.  And now I am officially a fan of sweet and spicy!  These gourmet salsa’s are so easy to get addicted to!

Perfect Peach Salsa

Perfect Peach Salsa

Ingredients :

Tomatoes, Peaches, Green Bell Peppers, Yellow Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Crushed Garlic, Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar, Citrus Juice, Salt, Pepper

I was expecting for it to be more sweet than spicy but it ended up being I tasted the spicy first.  The perfect blend and once again wasn’t sure how I would like the sweet and spicy taste since I like my salsa HOT.

But if I HAD to choose my favorite of the 4 salsas I think I liked the Black Bean & Corn Salsa.   I actually liked all of them and my one and only concern would I need to order them in bigger jars than the ones the came in!

I think that these would make the perfect Holiday gift ( they come in 4 packs – one of each please! )  **Hint Hint**
