Email Etiquette
- set up email signature for mobile phone
- Don’t send large attachments ( use cloud service for larger files – Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Is email the correct form for communicating? – IM, text or call for brief conversations
- Refrain from Reply All – unless needed
- Never send anyone an email they need to unsubscribe from when they didn’t subscribe in the first place
- Use bullet points or numbering if addressing multiple items, points or questions
- Put in subject ( FYI, For your approval, scheduling request ) so recipient can filter non actionable items
