The Salvation Army Christmas Depot is looking for a few Do-Gooders – 200 Volunteers needed daily!!

Thousands of donations provided by the Salvation Army, The United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign and the Virginian Pilot Joy Fun programs are delivered to a centralized warehouse facility.  At this location, donations of toys, clothing and food are distributed by volunteers to local families in need.

Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles :

  • Angel Tree Gift Runners
  • Escorts (assist families to their cars)
  • Sorting Stockings and Angel Tree Gifts
  • Shoppers (assist families in shopping process)
Christmas Depot Dates for 2011 – Monday December 12- Monday December 19, 2011 ( Closed on Sunday, December 18th)

Volunteer shifts are 8:30am – 12:30pm & 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
