Today Tidewater Autism Society organized a Tidewater Autism Awareness 5k Run and 1k Walk at Mt Trashmore in Virginia Beach. There were over 249 participants in the race registered to support this group! I am also a volunteer at Virginia Beach Project Lifesaver and got the opportunity to help out again…here is a short video of a recap of the days events.
