I recently started a new meetup in my area called The Hampton Roads Internet Marketing and Technology Group and we had our 2nd meetup last week.
Getting Started With Search Engine Marketing And Optimization
It was a Huge Success thanks to many people who contributed in various forms that I wanted to make sure I got the opportunity to thank. It takes alot planning an event for 80 people.

Resources for Selling Professionals. We are lucky to have him be a part of our group as his focus is to help businesses increase their online presence with SEO, search engine marketing, technology training, and webmaster services. He works with large corporation such as Lillian Vernon and Dominion.
He really got the group excited about the topic and really made it easy to understand for everyone.
I would like to offer a huge round of applause to Tina Pansacula and Ryan Hall from Victory Nissan Chesapeake. 
They hosted the event and really made it a great meeting space. They provided parking, tables and chairs, speaking area, balloons, signs for the event, cleanup and of course the refreshments. I would highly recommend Tina and their service department for anyone needing service on their vehicle no matter the make or model. They really love their job and know what customer service is about. Nelson Cage made sure that we had the coverage for the event. He brought all of his equipment in and live streamed the event and took some great photos. Nelson has also really stepped it up and made sure to welcome everyone that attends.
Jerald Long from XLS Technologies was a contributor in the panel on SEO and offered some great tips and advice!
